Thomas M.Lilly

Tom Lilly is the President of Futurecare Associates, Inc., an independent insurance brokerage firm with exceptional expertise in long term care planning, sales and service. Tom has clients in many states from New York to California.

Tom has taught insurance, published articles in professional journals and has frequently been asked to speak on insurance matters, particularly in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid and insured long term care as well as on fraudulent and deceptive sales practices.

His speaking engagements have included numerous presentations for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute as well as lectures at the Penn State, Dickinson School of Law and the Center for Bioethics and Health Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He served as an Assistant District Attorney as well as a law clerk for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division.

In 1999 Tom became a founding member and the Secretary of the Senior Action Coalition, a not for profit organization dedicated to educating and protecting seniors from financial fraud. SAC is closely associated with federal, state and local regulatory and law enforcement agencies in its efforts to combat fraud against seniors.

Tom is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., as well as of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
